It could be very useful if the selected items in a legend are moved to the top of the legend in any chart view. In simple words, the legend must be sorted in real-time, with the selected items first, followed by the unselected ones. This would be extremely useful when we would have to share screenshots of reports in a chat group or a post. There might be a lot of items in the legend and the user might not be able to fit everything in the available column height, which can be mitigated to an extent when it is sorted based on selection.

The UX flow could be something like this: when the user selects an option from the legend, it could be moved to the top of the legend list along with the other selected items, while keeping the scope of the user in the same area where the last selected item was. That way, they will be able to continue selecting if they need to, or just scroll back to the top if they want to view all selected keys.
