Associating Emails (Gmails) with Zoho Project Forums or Tasks
I would like to see the ability to associate an email from Gmail to a forum topic (which in turn can be associated with a task) or directly with tasks. I find it problematic that some information for a task is on Zoho in the form of notes or associated forums, but often one gets emails from outside the project team which I would like to be included in the history. Saving the email as a file and then uploading to Zoho Documents is time consuming.
www.insightly.com has a neat function where an email can be associated with Opportunities and Organisations (it is a CRM tool) and it works really well.
Something like this kind of functionality would be awesome.
