Is it possible to attach a generic pdf document to a zoho email that is sent once a field in a form is updated - workflow status 

The attachment is not uploaded as part of the form

e.g. I have shipping instructions that I want to attach to an email once the workflow status is changed in the record by an admin user

I know how to attach and uploaded doc  to an email (input,filename) but not one that has not been uploaded

Preferable to send the document but also happy to send link to download document

BTW if a link to the download where will the document to be downloaded be stored - on creator or will it be stored externally?
