Auto mis-direction in Internet Explorer - link to form

I have a public view embedded on our website. There are links on the view that take people to a form.

When the links are clicked in Firefox or Chrome, they work as expected.

When the links are clicked in IE, they re-direct to the wrong form.
If you watch the navigation bar, you will see the correct URL for a second, and then it redirects.

This is a huge issue for us. People cannot register interest as they are supposed to.
I tried these issues both logged in and not logged-in to Zoho, and it did not effect the issue.

I also have links to this form in emails. They work as expected form FF and Chrome, but not from IE.

Please help troubleshoot this as soon as possible.
