Auto populate

I am building a form to capture owner info - name, address, etc. - and also property info. This info may or may not be the same.

I have a check box to check if the info is the same - if not, to fill out the property info.

When the info is the same, Is there a way to auto-populate the fields from the owner info already filled in?

Also, is there a way to have the date automatically filled in?
