Back up options

Dear friends,

We have been using your Online Project Management tool during the last six months and we think it is an excellent support to our work. We have been thinking about different ways to back up all the information we have stored in your databases. For this reason, we would like to ask you two questions:

1. Is there any way to get the information stored directly from your database, so that we can have more ways to back up our information?

2. If it is impossible to get the database, would it be possible to back up the information contained within the Forums section.
