Background App Refresh on iphones or ipads??

Background App Refresh on iphones or ipads??

I'm not seeing an option for "Background App Refresh" offered on our mobile devices. This translates into having to come back to a report or record you were working off of as if you are opening zoho for the first time - from the top level of zoho, then click the application, then locate the report, then the record, etc. They take calls, read texts, emails, etc in between zoho updates as well. Coming back to where you left off, background app refresh, seems like basic functionality. Is there a setting I'm missing? Since most of our interaction with zoho will come through mobile devices, I really need this capability. If our guys have to keep doing this over and over all day long, it will drive them nuts. 

For a simple and real example, our warehouse guys are working off of a list of orders to pull. Orders may take 30 minutes to pull, tally and assemble, and they interact with the report or an individual record with long periods of zoho inactivity in between. Same for delivery folks. They are likely running a route of a half dozen orders and are working off a list/report, interacting with individual records intermittently with long drives in between. 

Without the app refreshing in the background, it forces you to go in through the top level, reopen the app, reopen the list . 

Any way around this?
