I am a Zoho One subscriber. How do I create a backup schedule of an app I created with Creator?
I read in other threads that this is only supported in the Enterprise edition while here
https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/application/application-backup.html It says
"it's supported only in Professional Edition and above".
Not only do I find your editions totally confusing but I also find that Zoho does not provide a resource where it clarifies all the editions you offer PLUS all the features included (or not) in each.
How can I suggest to the decision makers at Zoho to do something about this? This is frustrating because every time I can't do something in Zoho, I do some research and often encounter this myriad of editions which cause much confusion to paying subscribers.
I feel Zoho is not serving us well in this respect and I'm sure I'm not alone in this frustration. And I can speculate with some certainty that your sales and marketing departments must agree that too many options cause confusion to customers and confusing customers (and potential customers) is never ever a good thing to have.
