My colleague started getting the above error when emailing through Zoho. 

I checked to see if TFA was enabled, it wasn't. I attempted to change Zoho password so that it isn't the same as his Gmail account but was unable to. 

Checked all email settings and they look correct. 

Not sure what I can do next?
