We have an external system that sends emails via AWS as if they have come from my company.  I have asked the software developers whether those emails could BCC in the Zoho dropbox so that the emails appear in CRM, and they say that can be done.... but they say that the email address will need to be authenticated by AWS first.  Is there a way to see emails sent directly to the bcc dropbox?
