Hi Zoho Support/Community,
I'm testing out the free version of Creator which should allow up to 3 users.
I've been working a lot in the last few days to finish a new application, and finally yesterday night I've done the first usable version.
So, I was began to test the access the users access possibilities (3 at maximum at free version), and I've introduced a gmail address from a personal account.
But I've found that gmail address is linked with my main zoho email (as secondary email), and now I can't even access CREATOR Dashboard with my main zoho address.
1 .When I try to enter Zoho Creator Dashboard, the screen that appears is giving me a message with Shared Applications, and with the following "
No one has shared applications with you".
From this I can't make any other task, no even create new application or access my developed applications.
2. If I try to enter directly with the my Application URL, the screen that appears says:
Please click here to login as a different user.
Click here to go to your Home Page.
I'm so afraid to have lost all the very hard work from the last week and the final application.
ASK FOR HELP
Can you advise me how to gain access again to manage my own applications and to Zoho Creator managing dashboard area?
