BUG

Hi,
I am try to create "library management software" by using ZOHO CREATOR.I have a "ADD BOOKS" as a form.In that form,I have a LOOKUP field.Now, I am not able to see that field in form but I am able to see that in WORKFLOW and in LIVE MODE OF APPLICATION.
