Bug in Creating URL's

Hi!

I am getting a REALLY weird problem.

I have the exact same email being sent to two different people. On one of them the a URL in a link (generated by Zoho Creator) is different that the other. Just a tiny difference. Why?

I made red the difference. Obviously the %20 is a url encoded space. But there is not space. Any ideas as to HOW this could even happen? Any help would be great!
