I have a custom module with makes of products. When searching for a specific make (let's call it "acme") Zoho returns all of the makes containing "acme" except for "acme".
So let's say the custom module contains:
acme
acme/pinnacle
acme/diamond
acme/gold
acme/silver
acme/bronze
My search for "acme" returns just:
acme/pinnacle
acme/diamond
acme/gold
acme/silver
acme/bronze
I am posting this here in the hope that I can fast-track this and put me in touch with the Zoho dev team. I am the admin user and I have been using Zoho extensively and I know a bug when I see one (I have reported several already). I do not want to do a screen share session with a support person who is going to try to tell me how to use the search function before realising there is really a problem passing it on to the dev team.
