The field is showing in all of my contacts, which is great. However it hasn't automatically added a "tick" in the checkbox.

How can I do a bulk update of all of my contacts so that all have a "tick" in this custom fields checkbox. I'm not too keen to go through each contact individually as it will take forever.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
