buy upgrade problem

Hi,

we tryed 4 tentatives to upgrade our account without any success. In the last upgrade'level, when we clic on validation after closing form button... Nothing happened....

So, we waiting for a long time. We try both. Same result.

Iam working under Mac OS X Leopard, surfing with Firefox 3, French.

Please help.
