Calculating acrued leave entitlement for new staff

Hi all,

Our firm has 14 days leave per year.
My staff starts work on 18 May 2015 and has taken 2.5 days of leave.
According to my calculation, he should have 3.5 days of leave earned. But the system keeps showing 10.8 days annual leave entitlement.



In the leave setting, i have set the following:

Where did i got it wrong. Please kindly help. Cheers
