Call Centre to Add Records Only

HI

I have a call centre taking details and want to send them a link to my Zoho form. The thing is I only want them to be able to enter new records - not to edit existing ones, and I'd like them to do his without having to log in (since it could be different members of staff entering these details.)

How can I do this?
