Call logs through Mobile App

My user id is 658187232.I and my 14 users have been using Zoho for 3 months, and calling on Mobile App doesnt log any calls. Though its marketed as a feature, but it doesnt work. The UI of Web is great, but the mobile appp functionalities are NIL!

I have had 80 phone calls with Mobile support team but no result. Checking "scenarios" , Or-specific issue, etc are different reasons given but NO RESULT
