I have a few questions regarding the Clickatell SMS API the Zoho Blog were pushing a few years back.

I have a two-way HTTP API set up (not the SMTP API as was detailed in that post, which doesn't allow for two-way as far as I know) with them and am I little disappointed at the ultra-lame incoming SMS reports that they have as the basic option and would like the SMS responses to be delivered into a form in Zoho Creator. 

I'll start with a few screenshots detailing where I'm at in the Clickatell API Two Way Feature:

Out of those choices for "Reply Path", what is recommended for having the message content and mobile number delivered to a ZC form?

In this image, what should the Target Address URL look like? Does Zoho creator generate these easily? 

Should the password be my Clickatell account password or Zoho Creator account password?

These Clickatell Development PDFs make for pretty dense reading, and I'm not sure exactly what I should be looking for within them, but I'll link them anyway in case someone knows what is pertinent to this situation within them:

So yeah, I believe I have the necessary pieces in place to operate this as such, and much of what the incoming SMS responses would look like are likely contingent upon the makeup of whatever form I ultimately use to record these, I'm just completely in the dark as to how to connect the two applications together in a functional matter. 

Anyone have any tips or ideas, or similar experience that they could share?
