Can't Register For Forums - Getting Error

I'm trying to register as a user of the forums but everytime I click to register and then click to accept the T&C, I get an error that I have made too many attempts to try to login and I should try later. Well, this was the first time I tried on this computer. Plus I have tried on 2 other computers - that makes 3 total - I can not register or login to the forums.

Please help me sign up so that I can post and get involved here.
