Can a Dashboard (HTML View) be used on a mobile device?

Can a Dashboard (HTML View) be used on a mobile device?

I have created an 'Instructions' page as a HTML View.  I see it on the PC version of my app, but it doesnt show up in the iPhone via http://mobile.zoho.com/creator.  Is it not supported?

also- in the mobile version it shows headings of FORMS and VIEWS in the interface.  Can these heading titles be changed in the mobile?  On the PC side, I renamed them ADD and VIEW/EDIT.
