Can an Admin remove a watcher from a Forum?

Can an Admin remove a watcher from a Forum?

Is it possible for an Admin to remove a user as a watcher to a Forum post once the user has been removed from the project? 

For example, a user is added to a project and added as a watcher to a forum post by sending the user a notification about the forum.  However, that user is not able to take on the project and therefore needs to be removed.  From what I can tell, the user would need to go in and "unwatch" the forum before the Admin removes the user - otherwise he would continue to receive email notifications for a project to which he is no longer aligned.
