I was wondering if it is possible to configure Zoho Projects such that all posts are automatically emailed to a certain email address. I would like all posts made in all projects of a portal to be emailed to an email account as a way of backing up data recorded in various posts (like seller phone numbers, addresses, etc.). These could be task posts or forum post, etc. all of them actually.
