Can't accessthe database I started creating

So, maybe I am not smart enough to use this program. I created a database with all of the fields I needed. I then input three of my clients information into that created form. I made sure I could access this database and wrote down the steps from the home page to get to where I wanted to be.(yes, I did name the form). Now, no matter what I do, I cannot find those files anywhere. I think this system my be to complicated for my needs. I sign in and think there should be somewhere to access my created database but after spending 2 hours trying, I am about to give up. Any one else have this problem?
