Can't change ownership of a portal
According to the FAQ, there should be a Change Portal Owner option in Admin Settings. However, I don't have that option there.
I am using the free plan. Is that option available only for the paid plans? If the option is not available in a free plan, I would request Zoho support to change ownership manually. What I need, precisely, is changing the ownership of the portal and then have the new owner upgrade to a paid plan.
