I have been trying for two (2) days to submit a support ticket for Zoho Project. When I click the Submit button, the message "Filing Your Support Request..." appears and never disappears, so the ticket never submits. I have also tried doing this with different browsers. Please fix.
Also, the reason I need to submit a ticket is because my $20/month account just reverted to a Free account with no notice, no Email alert, nothing. If you had a problem charging my credit card you should have let me know. I use Project for my business, so you need to support me better.
