Can you add and edit bugs from mobile app?

I would like to know if you can add or edit bugs in the mobile app, this would be a useful tool to be able to add short tasks  ( Bugs)  that are a one off to a colleague from anywhere. What controls does the mobile app provide for Bugs management?
