I've been searching online and I can't find a way to do this. I want to be able to send a Zoho Bookings calendar to a customer, have them fill it out with a time slot, enter their name and email, then update a custom field in a Lead record in CRM with that email to store their appointment time. We will be sending the calendar out to leads already in crm so making a new record doesn't make sense, and it might be best if it's possible to update all Lead records with that email address. Is this possible? How does the community handle similar requirements?
