Can ZOHO Campaign or ZOHO CRM track if an email has been replied to

Can ZOHO Campaign or ZOHO CRM track if an email has been replied to

I am trying to create a workflow that will send an email out to a lead only if they did not reply to the first email. Other than manually changing the lead status, is there a way to automate this process? 


Is there a way to track in ZOHO Campaign how many people replied to an email?  I see open rate, bounce rate, etc. But no reply rate.
