I'm curious if Zoho could do the following things.
1. If we had data set up in Zoho docs, could a custom function pull that data out of a certain set of cells and populate an invoicing app? This would help keep from re-entering $$ amounts each month when we do invoicing.
2. Could a custom function pull data out of a certain set of cells and show up on a graph/bar graph over a range in time?
3. We have contracts that we keep track of and it's important to know the expiration dates. Could a custom function pull data out of a cell on Zoho docs(cell column titled 'Expiration Date' maybe) and populate that information into Zoho Calendar? Furthermore could a custom function be set up to remind us via email of the coming expiration based on the dates entered into the cells?
4. Set up a series of checklists and email reminders to send out. For example, send follow up emails after 24 hours if a job is not checked off as finished.
These are just some of the ways we could use Zoho. If it can do these things above then it likely can do anything we need it to. Obviously we will likely need a custom developer for a lot of it.
