Hi,

When I attempt to create a new project, the function to do so is ghosted and not clickable.  Another user on the account had created a project.  There was also a demo Project created by Zoho.  After looking through some posts in here I found we can only have 1 project for the trial plan.  So I deleted both projects but am still not able to create a new one.  My user level is set to Admin.  Any other ideas on how to fix?  I've attached a pic of what I see in the Projects area.
