Cannot email data into zoho form using email id alias

Cannot email data into zoho form using email id alias

Please this is an urgent issue. I need to have users who are NOT registered to Zoho email data into a form. 
I have set the email id alias of the form to an authorized email account and tried setting the forwarding address on my email client to the zoho email id. I keep getting the authorization error.
