I am new to Zoho Creator. I have the Enterpise level subscription. I created an application and loaded some data. I taught my time how to use the global search to enter a first name, last name, etc and have it pull up a record. Everybody LOVED it, so I uploaded some data. NOW..the global search does not work. My team is having to use the search by field from within the report, which works but it's clunky.
I reviewed the help topic for global search. I've used settings to Show Search Box and clicked the Default Form Listing option. All of my user accounts are in the Member group and I have insured that the Member group is allowed to search. Still when I type anything into the global search, no records are displayed.
Any help would be appreciated.
