I've added a new user (Admin/Mgr) to ZOHO, but when I attempt to assign them as owner on a number of existing projects, the user's name does not show up in the list of available users on some, not all projects. I can assign them to 3/10 projects, but they do not show up on the list for the other 7... Seems very buggy to me... Also, I can not change User Profile settings on anyone.
