Is there any update on this matter?   A hyperlink for a CRM, copied from the native web record on Chrome DOES NOT open the native Android application on phone.  Rather it opens up a Browser-based instance of the record.   This is not the desired or expected action since I have the Native ZOHO Mobile CRM on my phone.   any help is appreciated.
