Planning to demo to my manager tomorrow as a means to sell the product into the company as a viable enterprise-level product. I am currently on evaluation and have built an app to automate some of my teams more arduous tasks.
Making some finishing touches to roughly 2 weeks worth of work, when I access the application and none of the scripting appears to be functioning. Back into Script Builder and Zoho has dropped ALL code from one of my forms. That's several days worth of work in validation and workflow.
I have contacted support, nobody has called me back as they said they would, or contacted me by email to update me. So right now I am stuck with the decision whether to try and get some code back together to demo for tomorrow, or explain to my manager the issue and run away from this product as fast as I can.
I would not expect this kind of issue even from an amateur solution, let alone one that many companies are already using.
Zoho Support - Please update me on the status of this
as you said you would or I will have very little choice but to sacrifice the other development that still works and move to a different product.
