Change Presenter before meeting, original presenter is unavailable to change

I am curious to know if there is a way that a manager or admin user can alter the presenter on a scheduled meeting. With the nature of our business, it is possible an employee may be unable to attend work, and we can find no way to change the presenter on their scheduled meetings. Being unable to change the presenter means that we have to send our clients a new meeting invite and hope they realize they need to join the new meeting and not the old one.
