I have followed your instructions to change my primary email address by deleting an existing user with the new email address tony.james@resolutiondm.co.uk  then creating a secondary email address for tony.james@resolutiondm.com and then making it the primary address but it then says that the .co.uk email address already exists.

Any ideas?
