Changing note title quires restart.

Changing note title quires restart.

I have seen this problem twice.  If I change the title of a note, it seems to work correctly.  But if I go back to it sometime later,  the old title is back, unchanged.   If I restart my phone,  the new title reappears and seems to be permanent.  Is anyone else seeing this?
