I know a response could be to make more specific channels, but we have some cross collaboration and people have been known to mute a chatty channel and then miss communications intended for them.

As I understand they should still see an email later if they don't respond, but was wonder if we could be notified when were @ mentioned and then the chat can sit quiet otherwise.
