client access - cannot delete tasks

Hi:

I'am logged in with a client role, and was creating some tasks, I wanted to delete one task which was created by mistake, and it doe snot allow me todo that.

Also once a task is created, and notes are created, I cannot choose to reassign the notes to different users, only the choice that was made during note creation stays.

Let me know your thoughts on it.
