I have the following process:

1. Customer gets mail with question to login the system through a hyperlink

2. Customer logs into the system and is asked a question. Based on the answer (‘yes’) he is asked to add data (new employee data). When don, he is asked for another employee (yes, then add more data, no, then exit)

3. Confirmation mail to customer about data wntered

4. Mail to new employees with hyperlink to login system

5. Employee of customer logs in and answers a few questions

6. Data is recorded and confirmation mail is sent to both customer and employee

Can anyone help me to determine if this is possible and if so, how i would have to go about this to get it done?
