Client users cannot email Bugs?

Client users cannot email Bugs?

Hi,

I am trialling this for bug tracking for some web sites we're building.
it's great, but i found that when I set up a CLIENT usr, they cannot email bugs directly into the portal - it seems that only INTERNAL USERS can do this - but surely this feature is more applicable to clients?

is there any way to enable this? Or am I doing something wrong?
