Coding help involving lookupfields
Hi
I am wondering if the below is possible.
I have a form called "Book a Trial". On this form the customer can choose a trial class to book using a lookup field to another form called "Add a Trial Class Option" which is where we keep a record of all of our Trial Classes.
We have another form called "Add a Class" which is where we keep a record of all our actual ongoing classes. Every Trial Class is associated with one or more of our ongoing classes and is linked via a lookup field.
We have another form called "Add a Staff Member". On this form we have details of all of our coaches including their email addresses.
Each Class record from our "Add a Class" form will have a coach associated with that class that is listed via a lookup field.
What I would like to do is set up a workflow to notify my coach when a trial is booked for a trial class that is linked to one of their ongoing classes.
I am thinking I will need to somehow first create a field called Coach/Coach Email on the "Book a Trial Form" and automatically input this field with the coaches email when a new submission is made. However, I can not work out how to do this with so many ongoing lookup fields involved.
