I need to combine two forms in a report, but I've been having problems because sometimes the report doesn't display the field data. I've tried this from the Zoho documentation:

And it works but only with some fields, I don't understand why but sometimes some fields doesn't display any information in the report. For example, if I relate the same lookup field twice in the form, the first relation displays the data correctly but the second one doesn't, the report shows the field but doesn't display any data in it, is blank and this is what has been happening with some other lookup fields too, I create the relation but the report doesn't display the data in it.

Any ideas?  Thanks!
