Combining projects

I want to be able to view all the individual projects in one master project file.

I use various resources within my business and sometimes it would be very useful to see where I may have gaps in projected workloads or over use of resources by pulling all the projects together.

Having a top level view of this would be very useful.

I would also like a baseline for the project so I can see slippage.
