What do Zoho users typically do when a contact working for company A leaves the company and goes to work for company B?
1) Create a new contact for company B and keep the contact record for company A?
2) Create a new contact for company B and delete the contact for company A?
3) Other option?
Currently, I use option 1 and when I search for the contact name it comes up twice and I'm not sure if I'm being directed to company A or B until the account record opens.
