I have been told by the Zoho support people (through chat) that I cannot change an correctly setup First name field. The first name field has been setup as a drop down list (see attached screenshot). I cannot rename this field, or delete it. I can add a "first name" to this field through a data load, but I cannot manually add a name, or update a name once the data has been loaded. I have no idea how or why this field was set up this way (I have inherited the project) and it is very frustrating that the field cannot be fixed for its correct use. I'd really appreciate any ideas on a work around. I'm currently having to delete incorrectly loaded records and then create a csv file to reload corrected records.
