I sampled to create an automated rule to convert leads into contacts. So I have used the workflow rules functionality.

I strictly followed the online documentation to create this new rule  (available here :  https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/workflow-convert-records.html#Map_Custom_Fields)

But Into the instant actions area, I cannot see the option Convert.

Does this option still exists or if not, do we have to use the custom functions ?
